Physical disabilities

The phrase “physical disabilities” refers to the group of impairments that limit one’s physical functioning, mobility, dexterity, or stamina (physical or mental strength to sustain a prolonged effort). These impairments do not affect one’s way to process, understand information, and ability to reflect on it; however, they may limit one’s ability to access it. Additionally, it may impact one’s resilience (more time needed to recover from mentally or physically challenging times), and ability to express themselves vocally or otherwise.
